Moonaralla Farm's 800 dairy cows graze on lush pastures and grain.
500 Holstein Friesians, 220 Jersey/Friesians Cross and 80 Pure Bred Jersey Cows are responsible for the optimum milk produced. The milk produced has high components of fat & protein. This is what is called, HIGH QUALITY premium dairy milk.
The milk demonstrates a thick creamy top and smooth milk below. The creams are rich and pure. None of the products contain any additives, preservatives or thickeners and the milk handling involves minimal processing to ensure a fresher and longer-lasting taste.
