Life Is Not So Rosie For Nudie juices

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is taking fruit juice maker Nudie to court.

The ACCC alleges Nudie has made misleading claims on the packaging and in its promotions of two of its products.

The ACCC says Nudie claimed its 'Rosie Ruby' and 'Rosie Blue' juices contain mainly cranberry and blueberry juice, when in fact they are about 80 per cent apple juice.

The regulator is seeking corrective advertising, a trade practices law compliance program and its court costs.

Hearings are listed to start in the Federal Court in Perth early next month.
